Absolutely — many homes use ICF for the basement walls, then frame above. The foam insulates the below-grade wall, and the concrete core handles the earth load. Waterproofing and drainage still apply, and we coordinate those too.

Yes — install-only is a common arrangement with builders. Many clients also buy through our store at trade pricing, which simplifies warranty and material coordination.
Depends on size and complexity, but a typical house envelope is stacked, braced and ready in days, then poured in a day. We’ll give you a day-by-day schedule with your quote.
Any horizontal concrete slab that is supported above the ground — a floor over a basement, a second storey over a garage, a deck over a walk-out. It’s “suspended” because it spans between supports instead of sitting on grade.
Precast panels need crane access and standard geometry. Conventional forms let us build any footprint on any site — including tight Halton renovations — with one crew handling everything from forms to finish.
A licensed engineer provides or reviews the shoring layout for every elevated pour we do. We build exactly to that drawing and keep it on site for inspection — that’s the non-negotiable part.
Two different questions! Light traffic can usually happen within days, but formwork and shoring stay in place until the engineer’s stripping criteria are met — typically a couple of weeks for residential spans. We schedule around your build.
Yes — for a walk-out or ground deck, a poured slab is the “forever” option: no boards to replace, no rot, no annual staining. We build the drainage, insulation and finish details so it performs like an outdoor room, not a sidewalk.
Yes — two routes. With conventional removable forms, insulation and thermal detailing are built into the assembly at the slab edges and underside. Or, where the design calls for an insulated slab assembly (an addition floor over a garage, a walk-out deck), we install InsulDeck® — an insulated concrete forming system for floors, roofs and elevated slabs that stays in place after the pour as insulation, chase space and finish backing. The manufacturer cites minimal shoring, no form stripping, clear spans up to roughly 33 ft for typical residential loads, and radiant-heating compatibility.
